ON THE COVER:
The Common Space at the Millwright Building in Minneapolis, Minn., features collaboration steps where occupants of the four-story, 174,000-sf development can meet, work, or relax. The project was designed and built by Ryan Companies, which also calls the building home. The firm’s Architecture and Engineering group designed its office space, which includes a vintage delivery truck, an interactive board highlighting the company’s history, and a scaled mockup of Minneapolis’ downtown buildings.
